Directions:


Don't Forget! Be sure to measure and weigh yourself before you start.Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily for hydration and regularity. That is about a glass an hour.


Days 1 and 2 - Cleanse Days


  • Cleanse for Life Dietary Supplement- Drink 4 capfuls (1/2 cup) with 8 to 12 ounces of COLD water 4 times a day.
  • Natural Accelerator Capsules - Take 2-1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon with your Cleanse for Life Dietary Supplement (you have a 30 day supply).
  • Isagenix Snacks - Snack on 6 throughout day.

Your first 2 days are especially exciting. During this time, your body is cleansing, your appetite adjusts, and your cravings are reduced. Impurities are flushed out so you can naturally burn fat and lose weight.


Days 3 to 7 - Shake Days


  • Natural Accelerator Capsules - Take 2-1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon (you have a 30 day supply).
  • IsaLean Shake or Soup - Replace 2 regular meals each day, preferably breakfast and dinner.
  • Isagenix Snacks - Snack on 6 throughout the day.
